| 01 / Regeneration ACCOUNTABILITY, OPENNESS, TRANSPARENCY Working with residents and businesses, opposing unnecessary demolition and displacement – not leaving people in limbo. | 02 / Housing HOMES THAT ARE SAFE AND SECURE Everyone deserves an affordable, healthy, warm home to live in. We urgently need more social homes in Ladywood and the city. |
| 03 / Services LOCAL SERVICES RESPONSIVE TO COMMUNITY NEEDS From waste collection to community centres, housing repairs to road maintenance, local services must meet our needs. | 04 / Wellbeing MENTAL HEALTH, CARERS, PUBLIC HEALTH Whether at home or in work, for individuals or for whole communities, health and wellbeing must be prioritised. |

A newsletter has been released by Birmingham City Council in regard to the delay in releasing the draft masterplan for the project.
